Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026.
What information do we collect?
We collect only what you type into the quote form or tell us on the phone: delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count and phone number, plus any address and payment details you give when booking. The ZIP checker on this site runs in your browser and is not stored.
How is the quote form handled?
The quote form is sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails the request to Ernest Rental Works. We use the details only to quote and schedule your rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
This website sets no advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on this site. If we add website analytics, it will count page visits, phone-button taps and form submissions to improve the site, and this policy will be updated.
How can I ask to see or delete my data?
Call (610) 229-3331 or write to Ernest Rental Works, 1325 Lynn St, Easton, PA 18042 to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Booking and payment records may be kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
