What's your cutoff time for same-day orders?

The same-day cutoff is 11 a.m. Orders placed by 11 a.m. can go out the same day across the Lehigh Valley. Orders placed after 11 a.m. are scheduled for the next business day. Phones are answered Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Do you have same-day delivery? Your website said same-day.

Same-day delivery is a real service at Ernest Rental Works. Call by 11 a.m. and a truck can bring a unit that day across the Lehigh Valley. Farther cities get same-day service when a truck can be routed there. Otherwise the unit arrives next day. Details are on our same-day delivery page.

If I order now, can it get here before my event starts at 4?

A same-day unit can usually arrive before a 4 p.m. start when you order by 11 a.m. Deliveries run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and exact times are not guaranteed. For an event with a fixed start time, booking a day ahead is the safer plan.

My other company didn't show up. Can you get one out here today?

Same-day delivery can rescue a no-show when you call (610) 229-3331 by 11 a.m. We dispatch from our yard in Easton, so Lehigh Valley sites are close. A same-day rush fee applies, estimated at $75–$150. After 11 a.m., the unit comes the next business day.

If you can't do today, can you do tomorrow?

Next-day delivery is the standard fallback when a same-day order misses the 11 a.m. cutoff. Next business day delivery covers the Lehigh Valley and most of our service areas. Sunday is closed, so a Saturday afternoon order is delivered Monday.

Can they deliver early, say 7 to 10 a.m.? My crew starts first thing.

Early delivery requests are welcome, and the delivery window starts at 7 a.m. Tell us your crew start time when you book and we will try to route your site early. For a firm early start, the day before is safest. See job site porta potty rental.

What time will the driver show up? I have errands and don't want to sit here all day.

The driver calls 30–60 minutes before arrival, inside the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. delivery window. You do not need to wait at home. Mark the spot with a cone or stake, or text us a photo or pin drop, and the driver can set the unit without you.

Do you deliver or pick up on weekends?

Weekend events are delivered on Friday, or sometimes Thursday, and picked up on Monday. The extra days cost nothing extra. Our office is closed on Sunday, and phones are answered Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

My event is Saturday. Can you drop it Saturday morning and pick it up Sunday night?

Saturday events get Friday delivery and Monday pickup, at no extra charge for the extra days. This keeps trucks away from your guests and avoids a Sunday pickup, since Sunday is closed. Learn more about event porta potty rental.

Can you pick it up the same day, after the event ends?

Pickup for a weekend event happens on Monday, and there is no extra cost for the extra time. For a weekday event, we set the pickup day when you book. Keep the unit reachable from the driveway or road so the truck can load it.

How far out do I have to book?

Standard porta potties can be booked as late as 11 a.m. the same day. Restroom trailers need about 7 days of notice. From May through October, book trailers and large orders earlier. Check restroom trailer rental for trailer details.

My event is on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day or July 4th). Do you still have units?

Holiday weekends fall in our busy season, May through October, so book as early as you can. Call (610) 229-3331 to check units for your date. Weekend events are still delivered before the holiday and picked up after it, with no charge for the extra days.

Prices, fees & quotes

A standard event porta potty is an estimated $225–$325 with delivery and pickup included. Every final price comes on an itemized quote based on location, unit type, dates, service and quantity. Same-day delivery, extra service visits and card fees are listed as separate lines, so nothing is added later.

How much is a porta potty rental?

A standard event porta potty is an estimated $225–$325 for a weekend, with delivery and pickup included. A job-site unit is an estimated $165–$250 per 28 days with weekly service. Your final price comes on an itemized quote. See the porta potty rental cost guide.

How much is it for one day? What's your daily rate?

Ernest Rental Works prices event rentals by the event, not by the day. A standard event unit is an estimated $225–$325 and covers Friday delivery through Monday pickup. A one-day party pays the same event price. Your final price comes on an itemized quote.

Is that price per unit or for both?

Porta potty estimates are per unit. Two standard event units would be two times the per-unit price, plus any shared fees shown on the quote. Your itemized quote lists each unit and each fee on its own line, so the total is clear.

Does that price include delivery and pickup?

Event prices include delivery and pickup. For job-site rentals, the first 28-day cycle carries a delivery charge, estimated at $75–$125, and that covers delivery and pickup. Later cycles are rental only. Learn more about long-term porta potty rental.

What's the total out-the-door price, with tax and everything?

The total price shows up on your itemized quote before you pay. The quote lists the unit, delivery, any rush fee, any add-ons and tax as separate lines. A 3% card fee may apply. Ask us to walk through any line you do not understand.

How much is the delivery fee? Is it charged every time or just once?

The delivery fee is charged once. Event rentals include delivery and pickup in the price. Job-site rentals carry an estimated $75–$125 delivery charge in the first 28-day cycle only. Each later cycle is rental and weekly service, with no new delivery charge.

Is there a pickup or removal fee?

Pickup is included. Event prices cover delivery and pickup. For job-site rentals, the first 28-day cycle includes both delivery and pickup, so no separate removal charge shows up at the end. Call to schedule the pickup when you are done.

What's the extra charge for same-day or rush delivery?

The same-day rush fee is an estimated $75–$150. The fee covers moving a truck off its planned route to reach you that day. You avoid the fee by booking one business day or more ahead. Read about same-day delivery timing.

What's the price difference between the standard and the deluxe one with the sink?

A deluxe flushing unit with sink is an estimated $300–$425 for an event, versus $225–$325 for a standard unit. For 28 days, the deluxe unit is an estimated $325–$450. Final prices come on an itemized quote. See the deluxe flushing porta potty.

Why did the price go up so much? I paid about $100 to $150 a couple of years ago.

Porta potty prices follow fuel, labor, truck and disposal costs, and those costs have risen. Five things set your price: location, unit type, dates and length, service frequency and quantity. A standard event unit is now an estimated $225–$325 with delivery and pickup.

Can you do better on the price? My budget is about $200.

A budget near $200 can work best with a job-site style rental, estimated at $165–$250 per 28 days plus a first-cycle delivery charge. Closer sites and flexible dates also lower cost. Tell us your budget and we will build the best fit. Read the porta potty pricing guide.

Another company quoted me less. Can you match it?

Compare quotes line by line. Check whether delivery, pickup, weekly service, fuel and card fees are included. Ernest Rental Works gives an itemized quote, so every charge is visible. Share what the other quote includes and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Do you have a nonprofit, church or school rate?

Churches, schools, nonprofits and government groups can apply for invoice billing with net-30 terms. Pricing is based on location, unit type, dates, service and quantity. Ask for an itemized quote and mention your group. See porta potties for community events.

Is there a discount for booking early or ordering multiple units?

Booking early keeps you away from the $75–$150 same-day rush fee. Quantity is one of the five things that set price, so multi-unit orders are priced together on one itemized quote. Shared delivery trips often help larger orders.

What's this fuel surcharge? And the 3% card fee?

A 3% card fee may apply when you pay by card. Every other charge appears as its own line on your itemized quote before you pay. If a line is unclear, ask us before you book. Our rental terms explain each fee.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

Fees are shown up front on the itemized quote. Possible extras include a same-day rush fee of about $75–$150, extra service visits at $60–$95 each, a hand sanitizer add-on near $20 and a 3% card fee. Damage beyond normal use is also billed.

Can you send me the quote by email or text so I can show my boss or spouse?

Quotes come back within 1 business hour and can be sent by email or text. The itemized quote lists every unit and fee, so it is easy to share. Request one on our contact page or call (610) 229-3331.

Why do you need my address just to give me a price?

Location is one of the five things that set porta potty price. Distance from our Easton yard affects drive time, fuel and service routes. The address also lets us check truck access and same-day options. A nearby cross street works for a first estimate.

Rental length & 28-day billing

Long-term porta potty rentals are billed every 28 days, not by calendar month. Each cycle includes weekly service and renews automatically until you call (610) 229-3331 for pickup. Three days and 28 days cost the same, so give your end date at booking to stop billing on time.

How long does the rental last? Is it per day, per week or per month?

Event rentals cover a weekend, from Friday delivery to Monday pickup. Job-site and long-term rentals run in 28-day cycles with weekly service. There is no daily rate. Read 28-day porta potty billing explained.

I only need it for 3 days (or a week). Do I still pay for the whole month?

A 28-day rental costs the same for 3 days or 28 days, and there are no partial refunds. For a short need, an event rental may cost less. Event units run an estimated $225–$325 and cover a weekend. Your quote will show both options.

Is there a one-month minimum?

The minimum for long-term rentals is one 28-day cycle. The price is the same whether you keep the unit 3 days or all 28. Event rentals have no 28-day minimum and cover a weekend, from Friday delivery to Monday pickup.

What happens after 28 days? Will you keep charging me automatically?

The 28-day cycle renews automatically and the card on file is charged for the next cycle. Billing stops when you call (610) 229-3331 for pickup. Call a few days before the cycle ends if the job is wrapping up.

Do I have to call you to pick it up, or do you come get it on your own?

Pickup starts with a call from you. Long-term rentals keep renewing every 28 days until you call (610) 229-3331 and ask for pickup. Weekend event units are different. Those are picked up Monday as planned.

Can you schedule the pickup date now so I don't get charged for another cycle?

A pickup date can be set when you book. Give us the end date and we will plan the pickup before the next 28-day cycle starts. If the job runs long, call us and we will move the date.

If I return it early, do I get a partial refund?

Partial refunds are not given on a 28-day cycle. The price is the same for 3 days or 28 days. To avoid paying for a cycle you will not use, call for pickup a few days before the next cycle begins.

How much is the second month and after? Is it cheaper than the first?

The second cycle and later are usually cheaper, because the delivery charge sits in the first cycle only. A standard job-site unit is an estimated $165–$250 per 28 days. The first cycle adds an estimated $75–$125 delivery. See long-term rental pricing.

Can I set up auto-pay for the monthly charge?

Auto-pay is built in. The card on file is charged at the start of each 28-day cycle until pickup. Approved businesses, schools, churches and government can ask for invoice billing on net-30 terms instead.

Can I keep it all summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day? Or for the whole season?

A season-long rental runs on back-to-back 28-day cycles. Memorial Day to Labor Day is about 15 weeks, or 4 cycles. Weekly service is included in each cycle. Learn more about seasonal and long-term rentals.

Cleaning & servicing

Long-term porta potty rentals include weekly service: pumping, cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing and restocking toilet paper. Event units arrive clean and stocked, and extra visits cost an estimated $60–$95 each. Busy job sites and summer heat may need 2 visits a week to keep a unit usable.

How often do you clean it?

Long-term porta potties are cleaned once a week. Each service visit pumps the tank, cleans and disinfects surfaces, deodorizes and restocks toilet paper. Twice-weekly service is available for big crews, and extra visits are an estimated $60–$95 each.

Is the weekly cleaning included, or is it extra?

Weekly cleaning is included in every 28-day rental. The service is part of the estimated $165–$250 per cycle for a standard job-site unit. Only extra visits beyond the weekly one cost more. See construction porta potty service.

What does a service include? Does it come with toilet paper?

A service visit includes 5 steps: pump the waste tank, clean surfaces, disinfect, deodorize and restock toilet paper. Units with hand sanitizer or paper towels get those restocked too. Toilet paper is always part of the visit.

Will an event rental get cleaned during the weekend?

Event porta potties arrive clean and stocked with toilet paper and deodorizer. Mid-event cleaning is not included unless you book it. An extra service visit is an estimated $60–$95. Add one if you expect heavy use.

Can I get it serviced twice a week?

Twice-weekly service is available for big crews or heavy use. A standard unit is rated for roughly 200 uses between services. Once your crew passes that, a second weekly visit keeps the unit clean. Single extra visits are an estimated $60–$95.

What chemical do you put in it? Can I buy the blue liquid from you?

Each service visit adds a deodorizer to the porta potty waste tank. Ernest Rental Works rents units and does not sell supplies. For a unit you own, RV and camping stores sell holding-tank deodorizers and tablets.

Unit types & features

Ernest Rental Works rents standard porta potties, deluxe flushing units with sinks, wheelchair-accessible units, hand-wash stations and restroom trailers. A standard unit is about 44 inches wide and 7.5 feet tall. Pink and gray units are available on request for parties and showers.

What's the difference between a standard, an event and a construction porta potty?

The standard porta potty is the same unit type for events and job sites. Event rentals arrive clean and stocked for a weekend. Construction rentals run on 28-day cycles with weekly service. For a nicer look, choose a deluxe unit or trailer. See the standard porta potty.

Is the event unit nicer than the ones you see on construction sites?

Event units go out clean and stocked with toilet paper and deodorizer. For guests who want more, the deluxe flushing unit adds a foot-pump flush, hand sink, mirror and paper towels. Learn about the deluxe flushing porta potty with sink.

Do you have a deluxe or flushable unit?

The deluxe flushing unit has a fresh-water foot-pump flush, a hand sink, a mirror and paper towels. The deluxe unit is rated for roughly 200–250 uses and runs an estimated $300–$425 for an event. See the deluxe flushing unit.

Does it have a sink or a hand-washing station inside?

The deluxe flushing unit has a hand sink inside, with a foot pump and paper towels. The standard unit has no sink. For standard units, add a separate hand-wash station or hand sanitizer. See hand-washing station rental.

Are the units with the sink bigger than the regular ones?

The deluxe unit with a sink has about the same footprint as a standard porta potty. A deluxe unit is about 44–48 inches wide, and a standard unit is about 44 inches wide. Both fit in the same spot.

Does the one with the sink have a urinal too?

The urinal is a standard porta potty feature. The deluxe flushing unit is built around a foot-pump flush toilet and hand sink instead. If a urinal matters for your group, mix standard and deluxe units, and tell us when you book.

Does the sink need a water hose hooked up, or does it have its own tank?

The deluxe unit sink and hand-wash stations use their own fresh-water tanks, so no hose is needed. A hand-wash station holds about 20–40 gallons. Only restroom trailers need a garden hose or a water tank option.

What are the dimensions of a standard unit?

A standard porta potty is about 44 inches wide, 44–47 inches deep and 90 inches tall, or about 7.5 feet. The unit weighs about 180 pounds empty and holds a 60-gallon waste tank. See the standard unit details.

Do you have any pink ones?

Pink porta potties are available on request. Our colors are blue, gray and pink. Ask for pink or gray when you book, since those colors are limited and go first in wedding and party season.

Can I lock it? Do you provide a lock?

Every door has a hasp for your own padlock. Ernest Rental Works does not provide locks. Bring a padlock and keep a spare key for the service driver if the unit is on a long-term rental.

Do you have units with baby changing stations?

Baby changing tables are not a listed feature on our porta potties. The wheelchair-accessible unit has the most floor room, with a 60-inch turning circle inside. Ask about current restroom trailer features when you request a quote.

Wheelchair-accessible units

Wheelchair-accessible porta potties have a ground-level floor, a door about 36 inches wide, grab bars and a 60-inch turning circle. Plan at least 1 accessible unit for every event cluster. The 2010 ADA Standards require at least 5% of units in each cluster to be accessible, never fewer than 1.

Do you have handicap or ADA (wheelchair-accessible) units? How much are they?

Wheelchair-accessible units are an estimated $275–$375 for an event and $250–$350 per 28 days. Final prices come on an itemized quote. The unit is designed to meet ADA turning-space guidelines. See the wheelchair-accessible porta potty.

What makes the handicap porta potty different from a regular one?

The handicap porta potty is about 7.5 feet wide, deep and tall. Features include a ground-level floor, a door about 36 inches clear, grab bars and a 60-inch turning circle inside. The extra room also helps parents and older guests.

How many handicap units do I need for my event?

ADA 2010 Standards §213.2 calls for at least 5% of portable toilets in each cluster to be accessible, rounded up, and never fewer than 1. Twenty units in one cluster means 1 accessible unit. Twenty-one units means 2.

Hand-washing & sanitizer

Hand-wash stations come in 2-sided or 4-station models with foot pumps, fresh water, soap and paper towels. Hand-wash stations are an estimated $125–$225 per event, and sanitizer is about $20. Plan 1 hand-wash station for every 4 toilets whenever food is served at an event.

Do you rent separate hand-wash stations? How much are they?

Hand-wash stations are an estimated $125–$225 for an event and $150–$250 per 28 days. Each station has a foot pump, 20–40 gallons of fresh water, soap and paper towels. Final prices come on an itemized quote. See hand-washing station rental.

Do you have hand sanitizer?

A hand sanitizer add-on is available for about $20 per unit. The dispenser mounts inside the porta potty and is refilled on service visits. For food events, a hand-wash station with soap and water is the better choice.

How many hand-wash stations should I get for a big event?

Our recommendation is 1 hand-wash station for every 4 toilets, with at least 1, when food is served. A 12-toilet event gets 3 stations. Place stations near toilets and food lines. See how many units you need.

Why does a hand-wash station cost almost as much as a toilet?

A hand-wash station needs delivery, fresh water, soap, paper towels and gray-water removal, just like a toilet needs service. Delivery and route time drive much of the cost. Hand-wash stations run an estimated $125–$225 per event.

Do construction sites need a place to wash hands?

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 paragraph (f) requires washing facilities on construction sites where workers handle harmful materials. Many crews add a hand-wash station or sanitizer anyway. See construction rental options.

Restroom trailers

Restroom trailers come in 2-, 3- and 4-stall sizes with flushing toilets, running water, lights and climate control. Book about 7 days ahead and plan for a hose and a 110V/20-amp outlet. A 2-stall trailer serves about 100–120 guests for a 5–6 hour event.

Do you have restroom trailers, the fancy ones with lights and AC?

Restroom trailers come with flushing china toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors, lights and climate control. Sizes are 2-, 3- and 4-stall. A 2-stall trailer is an estimated $1,200–$2,200 for a weekend. See restroom trailer rental.

Do you have a his-and-hers trailer, or 2-, 3- or 4-stall trailers?

Ernest Rental Works rents 2-stall his-and-hers trailers, plus 3-stall and 4-stall trailers. The 2-stall trailer has one toilet and sink on each side. Weekend estimates run $1,200–$2,200 for 2-stall, $1,800–$2,800 for 3-stall and $2,500–$3,800 for 4-stall.

How big is the trailer? How many toilets and sinks are on each side?

A 2-stall restroom trailer is about 20 feet long and 8 feet wide. Each side has one flushing toilet and one sink, set up as his and hers. Plan a level spot about 20 feet long with room for the truck to back in.

What does the trailer need, water and power?

A restroom trailer needs a garden-hose water source and a dedicated 110V, 20-amp outlet or a generator. If there is no hose, ask about the water tank option. The trailer also needs a level spot about 20 feet long.

Is a 2-stall trailer enough for 100 to 150 wedding guests?

Trailer size for 100–150 wedding guests depends on event hours and whether the bar is open. We size trailers on the quote. Some couples add a standard unit as backup. Read restroom trailer vs porta potty for weddings.

Do you have a shower trailer, or a restroom with a shower?

Shower trailers are not part of the Ernest Rental Works lineup. Our restroom trailers have toilets and sinks only. Call (610) 229-3331 and we can point you to a referral for showers.

How many units

Plan 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests for events up to 6 hours, then add units for longer events or alcohol. Every event needs at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit. Job sites follow OSHA Table D-1 instead: 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40.

How many porta potties do I need for 30, 50, 80 or 150 people?

Start with 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests for events up to 6 hours, rounding up. That means 1 unit for 30 or 50 guests, 2 for 80 and 3 for 150. Add units for alcohol or long hours. Use our porta potty calculator guide.

Will one be enough if most guests will only be there an hour or two?

One standard porta potty handles up to 50 guests for an event up to 6 hours. Short visits make that easier. If guests drink a lot or the crowd tops 50, add a second unit.

It's a bar or a party with a lot of drinking. Will they fill up or overflow?

Alcohol raises restroom use, so add 1 unit for every 4 base units, with at least 1 extra. A standard unit is rated for roughly 200 uses. For 100 drinking guests, plan 3 units. See how many porta potties you need.

How many do I need for a long event, like 8 hours or more?

Events of 6–8 hours add 1 unit for every 4 base units, with at least 1 extra. Events over 8 hours add 2 for every 4. So 200 guests for 10 hours means 4 base units plus 2, or 6 units.

How many restroom trailers do we need for about 460 evacuees?

Shelters for about 460 people run around the clock, so plan above normal event ratios. A mix of trailers, standard units, accessible units and hand-wash stations is common. Call (610) 229-3331 so we can size the order with you and plan service.

Job sites & contractors

Job-site porta potties run on 28-day cycles with weekly service at an estimated $165–$250 per unit. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires at least 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. Above 20 workers, OSHA requires 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers, and our pick is 1 unit per 10 workers.

I'm building a house or doing a remodel. Can I get one for the workers?

Job-site porta potties are rented for home builds and remodels on 28-day cycles with weekly service. A standard unit is an estimated $165–$250 per cycle, plus a first-cycle delivery charge. See construction porta potty rental.

What do you charge per month for a job site?

A standard job-site porta potty is an estimated $165–$250 per 28 days with weekly service. The first cycle adds an estimated $75–$125 for delivery and pickup. Final prices come on an itemized quote.

How many porta potties does OSHA require on a job site?

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 Table D-1 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. For 20 or more workers, the rule is 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. For 200 or more, the rule is 1 seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers.

How many units do you recommend for my crew?

Our recommendation is 1 porta potty per 10 workers on a 40-hour week with weekly service. That goes beyond the OSHA minimum and keeps units clean. Larger crews can add extra service visits instead of more units.

What are the rules for farm workers?

OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110 requires 1 toilet and 1 hand-wash station for every 20 field workers. Both must be within a 1/4-mile walk of the work area. We rent toilets and hand-wash stations for farms on 28-day cycles.

Can you start with 2 units and drop to 1 later in the season?

Unit counts can change during a long-term rental. Call (610) 229-3331 when you want one unit picked up, and the next 28-day cycle bills for the units left. Weekly service continues on the remaining unit.

Can I order 4 or 5 units plus a sink for a crew?

Multi-unit job-site orders are common. Four or 5 standard units plus a hand-wash station can go on one itemized quote with weekly service. Twice-weekly service is an option for big crews. See hand-wash stations for job sites.

Can I add more units later?

More units can be added anytime during a long-term rental. Call by 11 a.m. for a same-day add in the Lehigh Valley, or book ahead to skip the rush fee. New units join your weekly service route.

The job site has no street address. Can I send you GPS coordinates or a pin drop?

GPS coordinates or a pin drop work well for sites with no street address. Text the pin and a photo of the spot. Add any gate code, low wires and the name of a site contact so the driver finds the right place.

Can the driver get through the gate if someone escorts them?

Gated sites are fine when we have access. Share the gate code, or give us a site contact who can open the gate or meet the driver. The driver calls 30–60 minutes before arrival, so the escort has time to get there.

Do you also rent dumpsters? How much is a 10-yard?

Ernest Rental Works rents portable restrooms, hand-wash stations and restroom trailers. Dumpsters are not part of our lineup. A local roll-off company can help with debris. For job-site restrooms, see construction porta potty rental.

Do you rent holding tanks (black or gray water)?

Holding tanks are not part of the Ernest Rental Works lineup. We rent porta potties, hand-wash stations and restroom trailers. Call (610) 229-3331 and we can share a referral for holding tank service.

Parties, weddings, church & community events

Event porta potties are delivered Friday and picked up Monday, with no extra charge for those days. A standard event unit is an estimated $225–$325 with delivery and pickup included. Plan 1 unit per 50 guests, and add 1 unit for every 4 when alcohol is served.

Do you do one-day rentals for a party, graduation, wedding or baby shower?

One-day parties use our event rental, which covers Friday delivery to Monday pickup. A standard event unit is an estimated $225–$325, with delivery and pickup included. Read the graduation party porta potty guide.

It's a wedding and I don't want an ugly construction one. What do you have that's nicer?

Weddings often use a deluxe flushing unit with sink, mirror and paper towels, or a restroom trailer with lights and climate control. Pink and gray units are available on request. See wedding restroom rental.

Do you deliver to parks, golf courses or private beaches?

Parks, golf courses and private beaches are fine when the truck can reach a drivable surface within about 15 feet of the spot. Our drivers do not drive on lawns. Share any gate code, cart path rules and a site contact when you book.

Can it go in a public park on a Friday when the event is Sunday? Do I need a permit?

Public parks often need a permit for porta potties, and some only allow drop-off on event day. Check with the city or township parks office before booking. Tell us the rules, and we will plan delivery and pickup to match.

Placement, access & permits

Porta potties need level ground within about 15 feet of a surface our truck can drive on. Mark the spot, share gate codes and keep the unit reachable for service. The driver does not drive on lawns, and a blocked spot can mean a trip fee equal to a delivery fee.

Where can the driver put it? Can it go in the backyard?

A porta potty can go anywhere level within about 15 feet of a surface our truck can drive on. That is the pump hose reach. Most backyards are too far. Read the porta potty placement checklist.

Porta potties stay within about 15 feet of where the truck parks. The service truck must reach the unit to pump it. A unit rolled far from the drive cannot be serviced and may tip.

Can it go inside the barn?

Porta potties are placed outdoors on level ground within about 15 feet of a drivable surface. A spot just outside the barn door usually works best. Ask us if your barn has a wide, open aisle the truck can reach.

Do I need to be there when it's delivered?

You do not need to be there. Mark the spot with a cone or stake, or text a photo or pin drop. The driver calls 30–60 minutes before arrival and sets the porta potty where you marked.

Can I mark the spot with a stake or cone, or text you a photo?

A cone, a stake, a photo or a pin drop are all good ways to mark the spot. Texting a photo with an arrow helps most. Add gate codes and low wires to the note.

Will the truck damage my driveway or lawn?

Our drivers do not drive on lawns. The truck stays on the driveway, road or gravel. The porta potty is carried or set within about 15 feet of that surface. Point out soft spots or low wires before delivery.

Will it tip over on a hill?

Porta potties need level ground to stay upright. The driver picks the flattest spot near your mark. Do not move the unit after delivery, since tipping caused by moving is billed. See the placement checklist.

Can you send me a payment link so our accounts payable can pay it?

A pay link is available. We text or email the link to whoever handles payment, such as accounts payable or a treasurer. The order is dispatched once payment is on file.

Why was my card declined?

Card declines usually come from a billing address that does not match the card, or a bank fraud alert on a new charge. Check the billing ZIP code, then call your bank. A pay link lets another card holder pay.

Do I have to sign something?

Every rental follows our rental terms, which cover billing, damage and cancellations. You accept the terms when you book. Read them before booking if you have questions.
