Do Lehigh County parks need a permit for event restrooms?
Lehigh County parks use a special event application for organized events. A porta potty for a park event may need that approval first. A unit on your own property usually needs no permit. Allentown and each township have their own rules, so confirm with the county or town office before delivery.
See the Lehigh County special event application. For city events, see porta potty rental in Allentown.
How do you route trucks across Lehigh County?
Lehigh County sits west of our Easton yard. Allentown is about 25 to 35 minutes away on US-22. Upper and Lower Macungie and Emmaus run about 35 to 45 minutes via I-78. Northern towns like Slatington take longer. Order by 11 a.m. for same-day delivery.
Share gate codes and a site contact for warehouse sites. The unit must sit within about 15 feet of a drivable surface. See same-day porta potty delivery.
Which units fit Lehigh County warehouse and home builds?
Lehigh County has steady warehouse and commercial building along I-78 and Route 100, plus home builds in the townships. OSHA calls for one toilet for 20 or fewer workers. For bigger crews, it is 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. We suggest one unit per 10 workers.
- Construction porta potty rental with weekly service.
- Long-term rental for multi-month builds.
- Rules: OSHA 1926.51.
How does weather change Lehigh County service?
Lehigh County winters freeze from about December to March, so long-term units get antifreeze. Deluxe sinks can freeze, so pick a standard unit in deep cold. Summer events like the Great Allentown Fair fall in late August heat, so busy sites may need extra service.
See our winter rental guide and the porta potty rental cost guide.
